Your work will be carried out by Louise or Lauren. We are friendly and approachable, and always happy to work alongside your other advisors. We will explain your options in a clear and understandable way, and we won’t get bogged down in legal jargon. Our aim is to provide a solution that will give you peace of mind.
We are experienced solicitors and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. All wills we prepare follow the STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) Code for Will Preparation in England and Wales. This Code is a set of ethical principles so you know that all of the necessary steps to plan for your future are taken care of.
We are a boutique private client law firm and we service a wide variety of clients.

So whether you are a business owner concerned about the most tax effective way to pass on your shares, a high earner wanting to protect your wealth for future generations, or you are retired and wish to structure your affairs simply and sensibly for your loved ones – we are here to help you every step of the way.

Veta Law gave us excellent advice after our brother died. They understood our family and our business, and created a solution that we couldn’t have found on our own.

Mr & Mrs Baker, Manchester

Veta Law rapidly identified our succession planning problem and gave us a pragmatic solution. Thanks for your help.

Mr & Mrs Wilkinson, Southport

We needed specialist advice from people we could trust. Veta Law helped us at a time that was very difficult for my family.

Mr Fletcher, Hull

Get Your Free Legal Health Check

If you already have wills, trusts and/or powers of attorney in place and you want a solicitor to simply check that they still fit the bill, then please get in touch. We can quickly review your documents to see if they are still right for you. For example, you may have completed them some time ago and would like a jargon-free reminder of what it all means. We would be happy to do this for you.

Alternatively, your circumstances may have changed (e.g. you’ve got married, become ill, had more grandchildren, got divorced or suffered a bereavement) since you completed your will, trust and/or power of attorney and you would like a solicitor to verify if your documents are still right for you. If this applies to you, please do get in touch.

We understand that sometimes all clients need is reassurance and clarity about the documents they already have in place.
